had an amazing honeymoon at a hidden gem in platanes. the large rooms with kitchenettes were a pleasant surprise. the friendly hosts and relaxed atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. exceeded expectations!

The rooms were very spacious and clean, the bathroom was average sized, the swimming pool was nice and clean and the hotel's bar was right next to it. There was also a kitchen, boiler and fridge in the room. The hotel is located in a village only 6km from the city. In the village there is all u need while on holidays, cafes,restaurants,supermarkets etc... In General a very nice hotel.

The beds were too noisy and there were 2 single beds instead of a double bed.

I had a fantastic stay at Apollon Hotel in Platanes. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchenette had all the necessary amenities. The highlight for me was the welcoming pool, which was well-maintained and surrounded by comfortable chairs and beds. The hotel is located in a residential area, so there may be some residual noise, but it didn't bother me at all. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. Although the beach was a short walk away, it was worth it for the beautiful views. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Rethymno. The hotel, located in a quiet residential area, provided a peaceful ambiance away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was also conveniently situated within walking distance from the sea, allowing me to enjoy leisurely beach walks. The attentive staff made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms, furnished with two single beds, were in good condition and featured a nice bathroom with a proper shower cubicle. The essential air conditioning in the rooms made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered a value-for-money breakfast which was perfect for a quick bite before heading out for the day.

Rooms are spotless and comfortable with balconies and views. Service is excellent with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast offers a good selection of fresh food. Guests will have access to plenty of sunbeds, a pool, and a lively pool bar.

We enjoyed the peaceful location away from the busy center of the city, but we still had a few restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery right near us. The hotel's swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated having some recreational options like table tennis available. The staff members were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Lastly, the hotel's cleanliness and room facilities were impressive.

The general areas were also well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with ramps and elevators in place to make getting around easier.

I wish the children working there could provide a bit more assistance to the senior guests. It would have been helpful if they were more attentive and offered assistance with carrying luggage or guiding us through the hotel premises.
